The Hero’s injury…. Achilles tendon connects the two major calf muscles to the back of the heel. If you are a Hero… a real hero… you will run so much… until it just hurts. Yes… Under too much stress, the tendon tightens and becomes irritated (tendinitis). It makes up 11 percent of all running injuries

Plantar fasciitis, small tears or inflammation of the tendons and ligaments that run from your heel to your toes, is usually the top foot complaint among runners

Maybe you are one of those type of runners’ who have made it worse because you spent time on amazon buying bandage kinesio tape, new shoes, knee supports, ankle brace…. Everything to ensure you qualified for free delivery, but the things you where supposed to do you didn’t.

Don’t feel bad now… this is a centuries old issue. Bible Romans 7:15 I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. 16And if I do what I do not want to do.
