Born to run? Really.. so why don’t you?

It’s a myth… that we are born to run. It is a struggle, many days to make time during a already busy day. Then getting over the constant fight of getting comfortable on the sofa, or rather just taking a nap instead.

But you know what? Life is too short to have a silly little excuse keep you from looking back proudly, in autumn and saying, “whew… I really did give it my best running this summer”.

And you know what’s the biggest obstacle you need to overcome? No not time. No not nutrition. Its just getting out of the door and starting your run. By building this foundation into your routine, you will ensure that you look back one day to a excellent running performance. One that you are proud of. Life is too short to have mediocre run times. To never see what you really are capable of.
